Capital Assets
Capital Assets management expands the scope of facilities management by adding a dimension of financial planning. Our office handles the budget development, financial planning, and implementation of capital outlay projects greater than $3 million or 5,000 gross square feet.
The office is also involved in the Six-Year Capital Outlay Plan to prioritize major capital improvement that advance the university's strategic plan, to position the university for external funding, and to maintain a competitive overall position in the higher education market.
